Here is the fully-furnished, bright, energy-filled, large room (approx. 11X19) looking out to the Manhattan skyline view of Chrysler, UN, and Citicorp buildings in mid-town. The room may come more than meets the eye because though I am the permanent occupant of the apartment and live there, due to my personal situation, I stay overnight elsewhere (vitually every night). This which will let you keep the entire apartment to yourself in the evenings and enjoy the full privacy and independence like your own.

RWV is not a commercial guesthouse but a private guest room within a New Yorker's apartment. It is far from being impersonal, cold or desolate as you may find in a commercial hotel/hostel room; it is comfy and cozy offering you a quality of staying. I welcome up to a maximum of 2 non-smoking, no-pet persons who can stay a minimum of 5 nights and present a government-issued photo ID (i.e., passport, [non-]driving license, etc.).
