There is a deposit of $50.00, which will be refunded on your departure minus any damage to properties or loss of keys. Please send an inquiry to rental@roomwithaview.us.   A reservation fee equivalent of one night fee (short term stay) or 15% of the total fee (longer term stay) is required via paypal (http://www.paypal.com) to reserve the  room; after payment, a Right to Stay letter will be issued, and the reservation fee will be credited toward the total payment. The balance is to be paid in full in cash at a time of check-in to obtain lobby/apt. keys; no exception to this. In case of cancellation within 30 days from the scheduled stay, the deposit will be forfeited unless an alternative renter is found for the same reserved period or alternative dates can be scheduled.
